Multiple organizations participating in coordinating demonstrations against Israel on college campuses in the past week have been financially supported by entities backed by liberal billionaire George Soros, as detailed in a recent article. Additionally, it has been revealed that one of these organizations is compensating individuals they refer to as fellows with substantial amounts of money to oversee initiatives spearheaded by Palestinian groups.

An example of such an organization is Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), which has branches that assisted in orchestrating protests at various universities including Ohio State University, Berkeley, Harvard, Yale, and Emory.

“The SJP parent organization has been funded by a network of nonprofits ultimately funded by, among others, Soros, the billionaire left-wing investor,” the Post‘s Isabel Vincent writes. SJP, along with Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) and Within Our Lifetime, allegedly set up the tents at Columbia University on April 17. “An analysis by The Post shows that all three got cash from groups linked to Soros. The Rockefeller Brothers Fund also gave cash to JVP,” Vincent details.

The U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR) is another notable organization to consider. It has received financial support from the Open Society Foundations, an organization founded by Soros and currently led by his son Alex Soros. Since 2017, the USCPR has reportedly received $300,000 from the Open Society Foundations. Additionally, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund has contributed $355,000 to the USCPR over the course of the past five years.

“USPCR provides up to $7,800 for its community-based fellows and between $2,880 and $3,660 for its campus-based ‘fellows’ in return for spending eight hours a week organizing “campaigns led by Palestinian organizations,” Vincent notes.
