Biden Gave ‘Campaign Surrogate’ Jack Smith a ‘Blank Check’ to Prosecute Trump before Election

New court documents have alleged that President Joe Biden gave a “blank check” to Special Counsel Jack Smith to fund lawfare attacks against the Democrats’ number one political enemy.

A new motion states that Smith has been serving as a “surrogate” of the Biden campaign and has been tasked with taking down President Donald Trump with legal attacks.

Trump has long claimed that there is massive collusion between Biden and the weaponized justice system.

Both have been working together to take Trump down ahead of the 2024 election.

Trump’s lawyers have now provided evidence to support those allegations in a new motion submitted to Judge Aileen Cannon who is overseeing Smith’s classified documents case.

The motion alleges that the White House gave Smith a “blank check” to prosecute Trump and is acting as a “surrogate” by Biden’s reelection campaign.

Smith’s appointment as a special counsel has been surrounded by controversy and Trump’s lawyers aim to finally get him removed alongside dismantling the indictment he brought against Trump.

Should Trump’s lawyers succeed, it will further emphasize the illicit relationship between the Biden administration and the justice system that has been busy hounding Biden’s biggest political opponent.

Trump’s lawyers argue that Smith’s appointment violates the Appropriations Clause.

The indictment uses taxpayer funds that were not appropriated correctly by Congress.

Trump lawyers Todd Blanche and Chris Kise claim that U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland “unleashed Smith as a Biden campaign surrogate to try to harm President Trump’s campaign by any means necessary.”

It cannot be denied that Biden has a significant interest in prosecuting the man who could beat him in November’s election.

Unfortunately for Democrats, while Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has managed to land a conviction, Smith’s indictment has ground to a halt and only served to demonstrate that Trump is fighting the corrupt deep state.

Smith is also doing this with unlimited funding which Trump’s lawyers pointed out “with any government agency, the realities of bureaucratic resource limitations have constrained DOJ’s work in the past.”

Why is Smith’s investigation getting unlimited funding that wasn’t even appropriated by Congress?

Well, it’s simple, President Biden is using everything he can to stop Trump because he isn’t confident he can win fairly in November.

While Trump’s lawyers are attacking special counsel’s funding, there is also a movement to have Smith dismissed because his appointment is supposedly unconstitutional.

Smith did not work for the DOJ and was a private citizen when he was appointed as a special counsel by Garland.

However, an amicus brief filed with the Supreme Court pointed out that Garland lacked the power to appoint a “private citizen to receive extraordinary criminal law enforcement power under the title of Special Counsel.”

Why would Garland appoint a private citizen instead of someone working for the DOJ?

Clearly, Smith was handpicked by the Biden administration but that could backfire massively if the Supreme Court dismisses him.

The Smith indictment was a fiasco from the beginning and is the perfect demonstration of the political corruption that Democrats have created to seize power.
