BREAKING: Biden Admin Comes Out Against Bill to Stop Illegal Aliens Voting in U.S Elections

Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration has just issued a statement to directly oppose a bill that seeks to stop illegal aliens from voting in American elections.

On Monday, Biden issued a statement declaring that his administration is against the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act.

The legislation requires documentary proof of United States citizenship in order to vote in American elections.

However, after flooding the country with millions of foreign nationals over the past three years, the Biden admin has now come out against the SAVE Act.

The Biden administration just came out against the SAVE Act, a bill to ensure that illegal aliens can’t vote.

The Biden administration just came out against the SAVE Act, a bill to ensure that illegal aliens can't vote.

Republican Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) blasted the statement in a post on X.

“The SAVE Act would prevent non-Americans from illegally voting, protecting the votes of American citizens,” Lee said in response.

“The only reason to oppose it is because you want non-Americans illegally voting.”

The news of Biden’s statement rapidly spread on social media after it was shared by X boss Elon Musk.

It comes after Musk heartily endorsed the SAVE Act in a series of posts over the weekend.

Musk warned that people who oppose the bill are “TRAITORS.”

The SAVE Act, originally pushed by Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), was announced earlier in the year during a press conference by Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) in Mar-a-Lago, Florida.

Johnson circulated a memo among members of the House GOP conference in the days leading up to the Fourth of July recess.

On Friday, he continued making the case for the bill on X.

“The SAVE Act will safeguard our elections by ensuring only American citizens vote in federal elections,” Johnson said.

He then followed up with a series of posts on X explaining the legislation.

Johnson said the bill requires state election officials to ask about citizenship before giving voter registration forms to applicants.

The applicants must provide proof of citizenship before being allowed to register to vote in federal elections.

It also authorizes the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to determine whether removal proceedings are appropriate for noncitizens who have registered to vote in federal elections.

Musk retweeted Johnson’s posts and declared:

“Those who oppose this are traitors. All Caps: TRAITORS,” he said.

“What is the penalty for traitors again?”

The penalty for people guilty of treason is death or death to be imprisoned for no less than five years, Fox Business reported.

There is also a fine of no less than $10,000 and to be barred from ever holding office in the U.S.
