Illegal Alien Jailed for Raping 13-Year-Old Child in Virginia

An illegal alien from Honduras has been handed a five-year prison sentence after he was convicted of raping a 13-year-old child in Virginia.

Jhoan Esau Lemus-Ramos raped a young girl in Herndon, Virginia in 2022, just a year after crossing into the U.S. illegally via Democrat President Joe Biden’s open Southern Border, according to court documents.

According to his plea documents, Lemus-Ramos continued to rape the victim on multiple occasions after the initial assault.

After the first rape, Lemus-Ramos forced the underage girl more than once to send him nude photos of herself.

The child rapist then used the images to threaten the victim and repeatedly force her to have sex, according to the documents.

“Jhoan Esau Lemus-Ramos represented a significant threat to the children of our Virginia communities,” ERO Washington, D.C. Field Office Director Liana Castano said.

“He not only traumatized his young victim by forcing himself on her; he also harassed her into sending him compromising images of her.”

Lemus-Ramos also punched a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer in the eye, according to the agency.

The assault left the agent bloody as he tried to carry out his arrest in Springfield, Va.

“Upon his apprehension, Lemus Ramos assaulted one of our officers,” Castano added.

“ERO Washington, D.C. will continue to prioritize public safety by apprehending and removing the most egregious noncitizen offenders from our neighborhoods.”

Lemus-Ramos was sentenced at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on June 27, ICE announced on Monday.

Conflicting federal agency reports indicate Lemus-Ramos is either 21 or 23 years old.

Lemus-Ramos was previously arrested by authorities before being released on bond.

Enforcement and Removal Operations’ Washington, D.C. field office arrested nearly 74,000 non-citizens with criminal histories last fiscal year, ICE noted.

The Biden administration’s border “security strategies” have come under fire by Republicans as the presidential election approaches.

During last month’s presidential debate, President Donald Trump repeatedly warned about soaring crime linked to the unprecedented number of illegal aliens that have entered the U.S. under Biden.

“We have a border that’s … considered the most dangerous place anywhere in the world,” he said.

“And he opened it up, and these killers are coming into our country, and they are raping and killing women.

“And it’s a terrible thing.”

Biden criticized Trump for connecting illegal aliens with increasing violent crime.

“The idea they’re emptying their prisons, we’re welcoming these people, that’s simply not true,” Biden claimed.

“There’s no data to support what he said.

“Once again, he’s exaggerating. He’s lying.”
