The Tucker Carlson Show surged to the top of Spotify’s podcast charts on Thursday, overtaking the Joe Rogan Experience as the number-one podcast in the country.
With an impressive lineup of guests from all walks of life, Rogan has dominated podcast streaming charts for years, but two back-to-back weeks of breaking political developments and a number of key interviews seem to have given Carlson a leg up in the alternative media space. In the last month, Carlson has uploaded interviews with country musician John Rich, political commentator Mike Cernovich, Human Events editor Jack Posobiec, and, most recently, former HUD Secretary Dr. Ben Carson.
This latter interview was released the same day Carlson ranked number one on the streaming charts.

In April of this year, Rogan hosted Carlson on a three-hour episode of the Joe Rogan Experience.
