President Donald Trump has warned the American people that Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), along with several other top Democrats, is “an enemy from within.”
Trump blasted Schiff as a “crooked guy” who is “100% […] an enemy” of America.
The 45th president issued the warning during an interview with Fox News.
Trump noted that his critics continue to push narratives about “threats to democracy” from foreign enemies.
However, Trump argues democracy’s biggest threat comes from within.
He named several top Democrats, including Schiff, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama, all of whom Trump said are considered an “enemy from within.”
On Sunday’s broadcast of Fox News’s “MediaBuzz,” host Howard Kurtz asked Trump what he means when he talks about “the enemy within.”
“Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff,” Trump said.
“He’s a crooked guy. He’s a crooked politician.
“100%… He’s an enemy,” Trump declared.
“He wanted to put my son in jail and my son didn’t even know what he was talking about.
“He wanted to put my son in jail on a scam that he made up called Russia, Russia, Russia.”
Trump then explained that Schiff, Pelosi, and Hillary Clinton fabricated the Russia Hoax and used it to target him and his family.
He then took aim at Pelosi for orchestrating the Jan. 6 hoax against him.
“… Nancy Pelosi is an enemy from within,” Trump explained.
“She lied. She was supposed to protect the Capitol.
“She said that to her daughter… it was found on the tape from her daughter, who is a documentary maker.
“She said, ‘This is my responsibility.’
“She admitted it, but I offered her 10,000 National Guard troop energy… she didn’t take them.”

The blast from Trump comes as Schiff faces new allegations of ethics violations.
Schiff is facing an ethics investigation over allegations he made false statements about his primary residence.
According to JustTheNews, Schiff has claimed his “principal” residences in mortgage and election filings as being in California and Maryland.
Americans are only allowed to claim one residence as their principal residence.
Yet, Schiff has reportedly claimed both homes in the aforementioned paperwork dating back to 2003.
The revelation has sparked the possibility of an ethics investigation that could ultimately promote prosecutable charges, according to reports.
