During Halloween celebrations at the White House on Wednesday, US President Joe Biden was seen playfully biting a baby dressed as a turkey and later appears to bite or suck on another baby’s toe.

Last year in Finland, Biden drew criticism for nibbling on a frightened young girl in Finland.
A video of the event shows Biden leaning toward a young girl being held by her mother. He seemed to playfully nibble her shoulder multiple times, causing the girl to pull back and appear startled by his actions.
Biden has consistently faced accusations of unusual behavior, including sniffing hair, whispering oddly, and alleged incidents detailed in his daughter’s diary.
