Biden-Harris Admin Blocks Efforts to Stop Non-Citizens Illegally Voting in Several States

In a desperate effort to tip the balance in the Democrats’ favor, the Biden-Harris administration is blocking efforts to stop non-citizens from illegally voting in Tuesday’s critical presidential election.

Several states are sounding the alarm to warn that the Biden-Harris administration has been cracking down on their efforts to prevent non-citizens from voting.

The Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) sued Virginia in October and Alabama in September.

The lawsuits sought to stop the efforts of the states to remove non-citizens before the election.

This month, TexasOhio, and Florida filed their own lawsuits against the Biden-Harris admin for allegedly hampering their efforts.

Meanwhile, other states are warning that the federal government is hampering their attempts to identify non-citizen voters.

A spokesperson for Montana Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen revealed that the office sent multiple letters to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requesting data.

Jacobsen is now also considering suing over the “Biden-Harris administration’s refusal to comply.”

In a statement, the spokesperson said:

“Montanans deserve to know that our state’s voter rolls are accurate, and it’s imperative for election officials across the state and nation not to be stonewalled by our federal government to assist in our duties to ensure accurate voter rolls.”

The three lawsuits filed by Republican states made similar allegations that the DHS failed to share data.

The states have access to the DHS’s Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program.

However, some argue this service is insufficient to verify citizenship status for many voters because searches can only be conducted using a unique immigration identifier, not a driver’s license or social security number.

Ohio’s lawsuit claims the DHS failed to fulfill four requests for access to other data.

In an October 24 statement, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose said:

“While the administration is blocking access to these records, the Department of Justice is suing or threatening to sue multiple states, including Ohio, who are trying to enforce their citizenship voting requirements.”

“It’s hardly a coincidence.”

Alabama launched its initiative to remove ineligible voters in August.

According to a statement from Secretary of State Wes Allen, the move came after the Biden-Harris admin declined “repeated requests” to provide a list of non-citizens in the state.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court allowed Virginia to remove individuals the state said self-identified as non-citizens from the voter rolls.

On Sunday, a federal judge ruled that Iowa can challenge the validity of ballots cast by roughly 2,000 individuals identified as potential non-citizens in a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

In the ruling, District Court Judge Stephen Locher, a Biden appointee, wrote:

“Whatever concerns Plaintiffs might have about the nature and timing of Secretary Pate’s letter, it would not be appropriate for the Court to respond by granting injunctive relief that effectively forces local election officials to allow ineligible voters to vote.”

Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate has likewise said his office encountered “roadblocks from the federal government” in identifying non-citizens.

If President Donald Trump is to secure victory in this election, he will need to defeat the floods of illegal votes on top of the legitimate ones.

To save the republic in this critical election, it’s vital that patriots make it too big to rig.
